Who are our interim managers?

Interim managers come from a wide range of industry sectors. Many in addition to their technical skills, typically have held senior positions, usually at management or head of function level.

We have built up an unrivalled database of self-motivated, mature managers, all of whom have been measured against our demanding criteria.

bullet

They must have a demonstrable history of achievements, effective communication and inter-personal skills.

bullet

They must also pass our stringent interview process and of course have their qualifications verified with first class, detailed references.

bullet

All are driven to achieve successful results quickly and are skilled at making an immediate impact.

As a client you can be confident an interim manager from Call Centres.biz is of the highest calibre and will hit the ground running.

A cost effective short term solution

You pay an inclusive fee for an interim manager and other than daily travel and accommodation expenses, where appropriate, there are no other costs. This compares favourably on a day to day basis with the cost of a permanent manager when you take into account the cost of NI, Pension, Holidays, Sickness, Contractual Costs, PAYE, Recruitment Costs etc.

Prices depend on the cost to us of the selected candidate - daily rates can vary from £300 to £1,000 plus margin, VAT and candidate expenses.

The industry works on gross profit margins of 30% to 35%.
